The 30 × 13 × 14 and both 60-foot units are 14 feet tall. The 35 × 12 × 12 is 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide — be sure to measure your trailer and any tower or arch

Drive-thru units have a door on each side, so you are not backing a long trailer down a dead-end aisle. The 30 amp drive-thru is the same 60 × 13 × 14 footprint with 30 amp electric service.

Yes. All units listed on our Rent page are enclosed. Sizes run from a 30 × 13 × 14 and a 35 × 12 × 12 up to 60 × 13 × 14 single-door and drive-thru.

Do the units have power?

Yes. All units have lights and electric outlets for chargers. Some 60 × 13 × 14 drive-thru have 30 amp electric service.

What is a drive-thru unit?

A 60 × 13 × 14 unit with a door on each side. You can pull through instead of backing in. 

Can I get in after hours?

Tenants have 24-hour access.

Can I rent online?

No. You can only reserve a unit online. To rent it, you need to call (281) 316-2800 for an appointment 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM every day.
